WATCH Community Centre

Our mission is to support people facing disadvantage, social
exclusion and deprivation. We aim to help the local community, people from ethnic minority backgrounds,
refugees, asylum seekers and those who are culturally under-represented, to
overcome barriers to employment and training opportunities and build the capacity of individuals and marginalised community groups living in Hillfields and surrounding areas.

The WATCH centre provides access to a range of training such as; English and Computer classes, Radio training, weekly Job Clubs and personal development workshops to increase skills, build confidence, reduce unemployment, inequalities and improve people’s lives.

Over the past year, management, staff and volunteers have increased funding and income streams, developed the organisation’s facilities and capacity to deliver services that meet the needs of some of the most disadvantaged groups living in Hillfields.
