Digital Inclusion

Need help getting online?

We’ve joined the @NDI_Network to tackle digital exclusion in Hillfields.

As part of the National Databank, we are able to help give data support to those that need it. This includes six months of free connectivity, texts and calls to help the community stay connected through mobile phones.

Read on to see what we are doing at WATCH to help with Digital Inclusion in Hillfields.

National Databank

WATCH is a part of the National Databank. This means that if you’re struggling to stay connected, we are able to issue you a free SIM card.

We issue these on an appointment only basis on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

You can also receive a free SIM card at the Central Library  Monday – Friday  9.30am – 11.30am

You can also receive a free SIM card from Job Shop          Tuesday & Thursday from 1pm to 3.30pm

Need a device?

We may be able to provide laptops (priority given to accredited learners) as well as Smartphones (based on communication and service access needs)

Each person’s needs will be carefully assessed during registration.

WMCA Digital Divide

Who can join?

Coventry residents aged 19+. Employed? You can still register!

What we offer:

Accredited and unaccredited digital skills training – Help accessing services (e.g. NHS / health support) – Support into employment

Digital Skills Sessions – Every Monday 10.00am – 12.00pm

Digital Health Pilot

Patients from GP surgeries surrounding WATCH are being referred to us to receive support in accessing and navigating the NHS app, so they’re able to take control of their own health. Our dedicated staff can help them overcome barriers in accessing the app by providing devices, referring them to digital drop in sessions and gifting SIM cards loaded with text, minutes and data for 6 months
